RRCU Welcomes Rossette Nyamaizi, MBA, as Senior Program Manager – Finance and Administration

RRCU is proud to welcome Rossette Nyamaizi, MBA, as our new Senior Program Manager – a dynamic leader helping guide the organization into its next era of growth and global impact.

As RRCU expands its footprint in global RHD research, strong operational leadership is important. Rossette brings a powerful combination of financial and business acumen, a collaborative outlook, and a commitment to advancing medical research. She joins RRCU at a pivotal moment, as the organization establishes its NGO infrastructure and launches new national and global initiatives.

Rossette and Beatrice will collaborate on enhancing RRCU's accounting and HR systems, enhancing RRCU's ability to conduct impactful research.

“Rossette’s arrival coincides with a time of tremendous growth for RRCU,” says Deputy Director, Dr. Joselyn Rwebembera. “We will rely on her leadership to strengthen and scale our administrative and financial systems to match our expanding impact.”

Working closely with members of RRCU’s Finance and Administrative team, including Beatrice Namuwulya and Rachel Sarnacki, Rossette will focus on streamlining operations, enhancing financial systems, strengthening HR infrastructure, and helping operationalize RRCU’s strategic mission.

“We’re so fortunate to have Rossette’s vision and leadership at RRCU,” adds US-based Senior Program Manager, Rachel Sarnacki. “In just a few months, she has introduced innovative ideas that are already improving our internal processes and strengthening collaboration.”

When she’s not refining policies or facilitating leadership discussions, Rossette is an avid family person that enjoys spending quality time with loved ones and sharing life’s lessons with minute community gatherings – reflecting the same spirit of connection that she brings to her work.

Rossette shares,

“I am eager to help strengthen RRCU’s operational systems and strategic vision and am so grateful for the opportunity to improve the lives of children in our community, in Africa, and across the globe.”
